In the initial and alternate placement processes, candidates who did not submit a participation / waiver notice until the given deadline are deemed to have waived their rights and are stated as "Waived (Out of Legal Time)" in the system / list. These candidates will be subjected to a penalty of (-10) points in the following Erasmus + application processes as stated in our announcement. for the list.
