Mission

Erciyes University aims to be a research intensive university while maintaining its objective of being a good educational institution, to product information and technology, to use this information and technology for the benefit of the society, to be sensitive to the environment and basic values of the humanity and to be a pioneer in the fields of activities.

Vision

ERU has set itself the goal of educating self-reliant individuals who perform researches, improve in scientific fields, question and think globally. Considering the university’s endeavour and determination in developing, the university intends to access the worldwide standards in terms of education, research, innovation and culture. In this context, ERU's priority to educate and raise qualified students and researchers, increase national and international collaborations and enhance the impact of research outcomes and its international recognition.
